One in 80,000 children will be born with Galactosemia.

The purpose of Galactosemic Families of Minnesota (GFMN) is threefold:

1. To provide support and educational information to galactosemic families and interested professionals.

2. To facilitate communication between professionals and galactosemic families.

3. To support professionals in the research of galactosemia.

We hold two meetings yearly, usually in the spring and again in the fall.
Meetings are held at various locations around the state. All those interested in learning more about galactosemia are welcome to attend.
Galactosemic Families of Minnesota is classified by the IRS as a 501 (c) (3) organization.
All contributions from individuals, companies and foundations are tax-deductible.
